Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Numerologist is a personal numerology application that calculates numerical profiles based on names and birth dates, and provides readings, forecasts, compatibility analyses, and AI-assisted consultation based on those calculations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If we become aware that a user is under 16, we will terminate the account and delete associated data.

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate birth information (name, date of birth). Inaccurate data will produce inaccurate numerology.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts for the same person.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Impersonate another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Full Access subscription

Full Access is a recurring subscription available on a monthly or annual basis. It is billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, depending on your device.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Full Access until then.
• To cancel, manage your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

One-time purchases

Reports and bundles (Consult conversations, Signals synthesis packs) are one-time purchases. They are non-expiring unless stated otherwise and are tied to your account.

Refunds

Refund policies are governed by the App Store or Google Play, depending on where the purchase was made. We do not process refunds directly. If you believe you were charged in error, contact the relevant app store or reach out to us at support@fatelabs.io and we will assist where possible.

Price changes

We may change prices for subscriptions and purchases. Price changes for subscriptions take effect at the start of the next billing period after notice. Existing billing periods are honoured at the original price.

5. Content and intellectual property

Our content

All numerological interpretations, readings, forecasts, report content, educational material, and other content provided through the Service are owned by Fate Labs OÜ and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without our written permission.

Your data

You retain ownership of your personal data (name, birth date, profile information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this data for the purpose of providing the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated content

Consult responses and synthesis content are generated by AI based on your numerological profile. This content is provided for personal use. You may share individual readings but may not systematically extract or republish AI-generated content.

Reports

Purchased reports are for your personal use. You may share them with individuals they concern (e.g., sharing a compatibility report with the other person in the pairing). You may not commercially redistribute reports.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm others.
• Use social features (friend requests, handles, profiles) for spam or solicitation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent paywalls, usage limits, or security measures.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Community features

The Service includes social features (friend connections, shared readings, profiles). Your use of these features is governed by our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict features that violate the Community Guidelines.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of numerological readings, forecasts, or interpretations.
• The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Service.
• The suitability of the Service for any particular purpose.

Numerology is an interpretive system, not a science. Readings reflect numerical patterns and traditional interpretations. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or predict future events.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fate Labs OÜ shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Any decisions you make based on content provided by the Service.
• Any loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

10. Termination

By you

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data (see Privacy Policy, Section 7). Active subscriptions are cancelled upon account deletion.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. In cases of serious violation, termination may be immediate and without notice. We will endeavour to provide notice where reasonably possible.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service is revoked.
• Your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
• Purchased reports that have been downloaded or saved locally remain yours.
• No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription, except where required by applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through the courts of the Republic of Estonia, unless you are entitled under applicable law to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
